The Heart Behind Enrichment at Home
Welcome to our family. I'm Jaime, Owner & Director of Enrichment at Home.
I have spent over 15 years working in the healthcare field across a variety of settings. Over time, I've seen what care for loved ones often looks like - and also what it truly has the potential to be.
In 2023, I officially started Enrichment at Home - a dream that had been quietly forming for years.
The turning point for me came when I had the opportunity to care for my own Grandfather at home. I was incredibly grateful to be able to be there for him until he passed in 2022.
That deeply personal experience changed everything and shaped my vision.
It showed me that care should be meaningful, personal, and rooted in dignity. It should FEEL like home, not just happen in one.
Enrichment at Home was created to bring just that - genuine connection, tailored support, and moments of joy - to individuals in their own spaces. Every visit is person-centered, because that’s how care should be.
That belief is what Enrichment at Home was built on.

As the Owner and Director, my mission is to bring that same level of care and devotion to every family we serve. I don't just believe in sending caregivers into homes - I believe in creating meaningful relationships built on trust, comfort, and genuine connection.
Everything we do is guided by one goal: to provide the kind of care I would want for my own family.
Because no one should ever feel like a task, they should feel like a cherished part of something bigger.
